Tipperary Group of Stations – Northern Territory
Tipperary Group of Stations (TGS) is seeking a reliable and motivated Farm Hand to join our horticulture team working in our citrus orchards at Tipperary Station. Tipperary Station is a large, iconic pastoral property in the Northern Territory, located approximately two hours from Darwin. It operates across multiple enterprises including cattle, broadacre farming, and horticulture, with a growing citrus operation. This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting day-to-day orchard operations and general farm activities.
Responsibilities
* Irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs
* Spot spraying and pest control
* Assisting with fertiliser and chemical application
* Tractor and machinery operation
* General farm maintenance
* Maintaining citrus trees
About You
* A strong work ethic and a positive "can-do" attitude
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends
* A genuine interest in horticulture and tree crop production
* Tractor operating experience
* Citrus or horticulture experience highly regarded
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to live and work in a remote station environment
