That's Amore Cheese is a proudly Australian-owned company and a leader in producing high-quality Italian-style cheeses. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Pick Packer (Hybrid role) to join our passionate team based in Thomastown.

This is full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and involves a combination of order picking, packing, and multi-drop delivery driving. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their cheese products fresh, on time, and with a smile.
What We're Looking For
* A clean and valid driver's licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
* Comfortable working in cold storage environments (cool rooms)
* Flexible and team-oriented – able to switch between picking and driving as needed
* A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
* Load delivery vehicle with daily orders
* Plan and complete multi-drop delivery runs efficiently
* Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers
* Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues
* Pick and pack orders accurately and in full for next-day delivery
* Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and work areas
* Keep accurate records of deliveries and stock handling
