**The Role**
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests. The **Front Office Clerk** is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service experience through providing check-in and check-out services to guests and visitors to Crown Towers.
We have **Part Time** Front Office Clerk positions available at **Crown Towers**. These positions guarantee you **48-76 hours per fortnight** including a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
- Providing check-in and check-out services
- Assist with hotel reservations and guest enquiries
- Settling accommodation payments
**About you**
You'll bring the following:
- A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
- An ability to multitask and work under pressure
**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you'll:
- Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
- Be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Be familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
