A day in the life As an IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive IT team that keeps our systems running smoothly. Your daily tasks may include: Responding to and resolving IT support tickets Setting up and configuring hardware such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices Installing and updating software applications Assisting with onboarding and offboarding users Supporting network, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting Maintaining and updating IT documentation and guides Helping with inventory and asset tracking Participating in ongoing IT projects and upgrades Required to be part of the on-call roster (once every few weeks) Store setup and travel opportunities An ideal addition to the GhandaGang will be: Willing to learn and eager to grow your IT knowledge A clear communicator who’s comfortable helping people at all levels Organised, reliable, and proactive Interested in technology and solving problems Nice to have (but not essential for success): Familiar with Windows and/or macOS environments Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. IP, DNS) Exposure to tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems Experience configuring PC/Mobile hardware If you think you’re the next best thing to hit the GhandaGang we can't wait to hear from you!
