About the Role
Join the Dotti team as Store Manager at our Carindale store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who's all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. If you're motivated by fashion, driven by results and passionate about leading your team to success, this is the role for you!
This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.
We understand that this is an extrememely busy time for everyone, and will begin interviewing for this role in the New Year.
A Day in the Life
* Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
* Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
* Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store's sales opportunities.
* Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
* Create a fun, safe and inclusive setting for both your team and customers.
* Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
* A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
* Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
* A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
