About the Opportunity Firefly HR is seeking a confident OSHC Coordinator to lead a well established service on the Central Coast.
This role suits a steady leader who values clarity, consistency, and quality practice aligned with the NQF. You will be supported, but not micromanaged. Trusted, but not left alone.

Your Role You will:
• Oversee Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care
• Lead and mentor educators
• Strengthen partnerships with families and school stakeholders
• Manage compliance across rosters, ratios, and documentation
• Guide programming aligned with MTOP
• Lead the service through Assessment and Rating
Your leadership will shape team culture and daily practice.
About You
You are organised, relational, and confident in your judgement.
You will bring:
• Diploma qualification or higher, ACECQA approved
• Experience as an OSHC Coordinator, or strong Assistant Coordinator ready to step up
• Solid knowledge of the NQF and MTOP
• Confidence in behaviour guidance and team leadership
• Clear communication skills
Experienced Coordinators are encouraged to apply. Emerging leaders ready for progression will also be considered.
