Legal Receptionist
The role
As Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, creating a warm and polished first impression of the firm. You will work closely with partners, lawyers and support staff and quickly become a trusted go to person in the office.
In this role you will
• Provide a professional and welcoming front of house experience for clients, visitors and staff
• Answer and manage incoming calls with confidence, clarity and care
• Coordinate meeting rooms including bookings, set up, pack down and arranging catering
• Keep reception and client areas immaculate and organised at all times
• Assist with mail, couriers and deliveries to ensure smooth office operations
• Support legal teams with general administration such as printing, scanning and filing
• Build strong internal relationships with a friendly, supportive and close knit team
About you
You are a polished receptionist who enjoys being at the heart of a professional office and takes pride in the client experience you deliver.
To be successful, you will bring
• At least two years experience in a reception role within professional services such as legal, accounting, consulting or similar
• Exceptional personal presentation and a friendly, confident and professional manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to put people at ease
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A proactive, can do attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service
