We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager – Shell Card to join our Shell Card team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing national team of Enterprise & Fleet Account Managers, driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to our Shell Card customers across Australia.
Job Description
Leadership, coaching and development for a national team of Enterprise & Fleet Key Account Managers.
Strategic planning and execution to drive growth across the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio.
Guidance on customer strategic account plans, ensuring strong partnerships and long-term growth.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement across Shell Card, Marketing, Customer Service and Retail teams.
Oversight of marketing execution in collaboration with Shell Card Marketing.
Relationship-building with major enterprise & government customers, supporting key negotiations.
Development of new growth opportunities including Future Fuels, Convenience and Quick Service Restaurants.
Operational support and problem-solving across the portfolio.
Interstate travel to engage with customers and support your team.
Qualifications
About you:
Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, with strong capability in account management, tenders, pricing and negotiations.
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
Highly commercial with the ability to deliver strong financial outcomes across complex portfolios.
Strong strategic thinking with experience developing and executing growth strategies.
Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload, prioritising effectively across a dispersed team.
Customer-obsessed, with a passion for building partnerships and delivering exceptional value.
Experience with large enterprise, corporate or government customers is highly regarded.
