We are looking for an energetic, passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead, guide and inspire a team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
With a proven track record in leading by example, and a passion in delivering quality food consistently, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

Develop seasonal menus and specials that are on trend, meet target market expectations and stay on budget.
Develop, mentor and lead a passionate team.

Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
Apply Food Safety Standards consistently.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
Creativity, passion, and technical expertise in all things food.
Proven knowledge of trade tips to create a successful restaurant and memorable dining experience.
Organised, able to handle kitchen heat calmly and reassuringly.
Salary range: $90,000–$100,000.
