About the team

Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced change professional to join a centralised business support function at Coles. This team partners across the organisation to support operational initiatives, business priorities, and ways of working that help teams deliver effectively across a dynamic environment.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of initiatives across multiple business areas
* Provide guidance and support to project and operational teams
* Assist with the development and implementation of business frameworks and processes
* Work with stakeholders to support engagement and adoption activities
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and broader team priorities
About you and your skills
* Experience working within project, transformation, operational, or business support environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience supporting large or complex business initiatives
* The ability to work across a range of teams and business functions
* Experience within retail or customer-facing environments will be highly regarded
