What you’ll be doing
- Preparing agency agreements, contracts, and compliance documents
- Coordinating marketing campaigns — signboards, brochures, and property launches
- Managing Agentbox CRM and sales trust account
- Launching listings online with polish and accuracy
- Processing and receipting deposits into the trust account
- Chasing contracts and liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
- Keeping everything running smoothly for a high-performing sales team
The IT you’ll use
- Agentbox (CRM + sales trust)
- Engage, Realty Assist & Real Time Agent
- Campaign Express/Manager for signboards and brochures
About you
- You’re highly organised and detail-driven, with real estate admin experience
- You bring energy and positivity to your role
- You’re confident juggling deadlines and love being the glue that holds it all together
- You want to be part of a genuinely supportive, people-first workplace
