Business Analyst Role
As a Business Analyst in our Retail team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and improve customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Our ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, account management and/or vendor management skills. They should be able to deliver on commitments, manage workflows in a fast-paced environment and actively participate in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify areas for improvement and provide advice on how to enhance business input metrics that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
* Support vendors through issue troubleshooting, data reporting and catalogue management.
* Develop strong relationships with vendors and act as their trusted advisor and central point of contact.
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve vendor issues and questions quickly and effectively.
* Teach vendors about Amazon tools and policies and educate them on relevant growth opportunities.
* Explore innovative ways to identify and execute new product selection, brand management and promotional strategies.
