As a Control Systems SCADA Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in SCADA configuration and administration to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that address complex challenges for our clients. This is a high-impact role that will allow you to engage with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to business success. Your expertise will support system modifications, expansions, and optimization initiatives in various industries, delivering reliable and innovative control system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Engagement & Solution Design: Lead client-facing interactions to understand their requirements, identify business opportunities, and design custom SCADA solutions that align with client objectives.
- SCADA Configuration & Administration: Design, implement, and optimize process control strategies for system expansions, modifications, and improvements.
- Human Machine Interface (HMI) Development: Use your HMI expertise to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve operational performance and end-user satisfaction.
- System Simulations & Operator Training: Run simulations of control systems and lead operator training sessions to ensure clients understand and can effectively utilize the systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, technical teams, and sales to ensure project success and continuous system performance improvements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, high levels of engagement, and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Engineering Review & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to engineering standards and processes throughout the design and implementation phases, maintaining high-quality deliverables.
What You Will Need
- Expert proficiency in SCADA Configuration & Administration
- Expert proficiency in Human Machine Interface (HMI) design and configuration
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Advanced proficiency in PLC Configuration and Custom Coding
- Experience with RFP responses, proposal development, and delivering client presentations
- Strong background in solution architecture design, system simulations, and risk management
