About the Role
The Firehouse Bar & Restaurant is currently seeking an enthusiastic andqualified Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with exceptional cooking skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a busy restaurant and hours where you will be consistently required for over 30 hrs per week

Drive to consistently deliver the best by immaculate organisation, communication and presentation skills
As a senior chef, you have the ability to lead the brigade in chef's absence.
