Job Overview
This is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
The ideal candidate will commence work on site as soon as possible, working a 5/2 roster and residing locally in the Darwin area.

Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
* Utilize advanced Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate with various departments to guarantee timely completion of maintenance activities.
* Employ SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.
* Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout all maintenance activities.
* Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
* Foster a culture of safety, production, technical integrity, and quality assurance in all planning and scheduling activities.
Requirements
* Hold a Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification.
* Be proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Possess experience with SAP (preferably), Prometheus (preferably), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
* Demonstrate highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Showcase strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
* Possess a strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and quality assurance.
* Hold at least 10 years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
