We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning teams, ensure high-quality standards, and support smooth day-to-day operations across residential, commercial, and construction cleaning sites.
This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who leads by example, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support cleaning staff on site
* Conduct quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are met
* Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance
* Manage staff attendance, performance, and site compliance
* Liaise with management regarding issues, improvements, or client feedback
* Ensure WHS procedures and safe work practices are followed
* Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
* Step in to assist with cleaning when required
About You
* Previous experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership
* Strong knowledge of commercial and/or construction cleaning standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented
* Able to work independently and manage teams
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* White Card (preferred for construction sites)
