We are on the hunt for a Logistics Lead to join our team! This isn't just about moving cars from A to B; it's about owning the movement of our inventory and ensuring our customers receive their cars on time, every time.
What you'll be doing?
* Own the Flow: Manage the end‐to‐end logistics process, from inbound vehicle acquisition to last mile customer delivery.
* Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and third‐party logistics partners, ensuring they meet our high standards for speed and quality.
* Scale Operations: Develop and implement scalable logistics processes as we expand into new regions and increase our volume.
* Optimisation: Constantly analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiencies in our supply chain.
* Cross‐functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

* You have at least 3 years managing complex logistics or supply chain operations.
* You have excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
* You're adaptable and can work autonomously without on‐site supervision, exercising strong personal accountability.
* You can negotiate effectively with partners and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
* You're excited about the challenge of building something from the ground up and thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
* You hold a current NSW driver's licence.
