Assistant Venue Manager Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our venue.
* Supporting Operations: You will work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure that all aspects of the venue's operations are running smoothly, including gaming, bars, restaurants, and accommodation areas.
* Leading Teams: You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive a positive culture focused on excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
* Guest Services: You will be the point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience from check-in to checkout.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
* Approved Manager's License
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
* CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification
