Product Manager / Territory Manager Sydney Based | Interventional Medical Devices An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a growing organisation specialising in advanced interventional technologies. This role is ideal for a high-performing Territory Manager, Clinical Specialist or Product Specialist with strong exposure to interventional procedures who is looking to step into a broader Product Management position while maintaining a hands-on sales and clinical support focus. The Opportunity Based in Sydney and commencing July 2026, this position combines strategic product management responsibilities with direct territory sales and clinical support across key hospital accounts. You will play a critical role in driving market growth, supporting product adoption, developing marketing strategies and building strong relationships with clinicians, hospitals and healthcare stakeholders. Package $140,000 base salary Car allowance: Superannuation Sales commission and territory bonus structure Additional discretionary bonus linked to performance KPIs Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a specialist interventional sales territory Develop and execute product marketing plans and growth strategies Support product evaluations and clinical trials Deliver product training and education to clinicians and hospital staff Organise technical and clinical support materials Assist with regulatory and compliance-related product activities Maintain strong customer relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks Conduct account planning aligned with national business objectives Ensure accurate reporting, stock management and administrative compliance Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve company objectives About You To be successful, you will demonstrate: Strong local medical device sales experience within interventional healthcare environments Experience supporting complex clinical procedures within hospital settings Proven ability to manage clinical relationships and support product adoption Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills Excellent organisational, communication and presentation abilities High attention to detail with strong administrative and IT skills A proactive, self-driven and professional approach Why Apply?
