Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue expansion and enhance market share

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through expert negotiation and contract management
* Oversee the creation and implementation of impactful marketing communications initiatives, encompassing both digital and traditional media channels
* Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive engagement and conversion
* Ensure seamless execution of Marriott's renowned Customer Service Standards and hotel Brand Standards
Requirements
* Demonstrated leadership experience in sales, marketing, events, and reservations within a luxury hospitality environment
* Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing market share
* Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Tertiary education in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field
