The role involves becoming an insurance expert, handling sales inquiries and servicing customers through exceptional customer experiences. The position requires converting sales and achieving targets while working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts range between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, requiring full availability within these hours.

Main Responsibilities:
* Responding to high volumes of inbound calls from customers about policies, including inquiries, purchases, amendments, or cancellations.
* Handling Insurance and Membership Products (Car, Home, CTP, Roadside Assistance).
* Meeting KPIs and compliance standards.
