Who You Are
* Certified: You hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Nursing, or a closely related area.
* Flexible: Able to work overnight shifts
* Passion-Driven: You are genuinely passionate about providing essential support to vulnerable members of our community.
* Proactive: You thrive on challenges, are eager to meet new people, and love a diverse workday.
* Experienced: You have hands-on experience working with assistive equipment.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker
Depending on your experience and the client's needs, you might:
* Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
* Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.
* Help around the home cleaning, cooking, shopping.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Encourage community participation and independence.
