The Clinic
* 90 years in operation, serving multiple generations of patients
* Mixed billing practice with a $87 standard consult
* 6 consulting rooms with excellent nurse and admin support
* Strong focus on chronic disease management, including care plans and medication reviews
* Dedicated care plan software for more efficient and lucrative care plan management
* On-site allied health: Physiotherapist, podiatrist, and psychologist
The Location

Essential Criteria
* FRACGP or equivalent (or UK GP eligible for Specialist PEP)
* Strong interest in chronic disease management and general medicine
* Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, patient-focused team
