Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

Ark Industrial Pty Ltd is a commercial & industrial construction company based in Melbourne. Our diverse project portfolio includes construction and development of shopping precincts, multi-goods warehouses, logistics infrastructure, fuel stations, and office buildings.

About the Human Resources Administrator Role

ARK is looking for an HR Administrator to assist the HR Manager with tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, internal recruitment support, employee engagement activities, diary and appointments, training, and development. You will be responsible for ensuring HR administrative processes are smooth, accurate, and timely, working closely with HR Manager and other departments to provide exceptional service to all employees.

CRITERIA

* Must live within suitable commute distance to Laverton North VIC AU 3026
* Hold Current Driver’s license
* Qualification: Minimum Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent
* Communication: Strong communicator with the ability to engage with people at all levels in the organisation; a positive and professional manner
* Skills: High degree of computer proficiency; exceptional organizational skills; experience in Human Resources or Executive Assistant role
