Project Architect Position
This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and educational sectors. As a Project Architect, you will manage project deliverables across all stages.
You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams while developing your skills in ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects autonomously from master planning to contract administration.
* Coordinate consultants, sub-contractors, and construction teams effectively.
* Produce and coordinate documentation packages independently.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience post registration.
* Ideal experience with multi-residential and educational projects.
* Strong understanding of construction, detailing, and National Construction Code.
* Collaborative team player with good organisation and time management skills.
