About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of symptoms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
* A minimum of five years post-graduate experience as a registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
* Minimum two years of experience in palliative care or aged care, with a strong understanding of the complexities of these settings.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
