About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager with an Engineering background to work onsite managing all commercial agreements, contracts and cash flow on this road infrastructure project in Northern NSW. You will have a team of administration staff to handle the procurement and commercial management of the entire project. This will be a challenging role that will demand previous experience in contractual disputes, and negotiation solutions with demanding clients in civil engineering.
Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management
* Manage head contract variations and scope changes
* Develop cost controls and reporting requirements
* Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts
Qualifications
This is a highly rewarding role that will ensure long term employment here in Queensland with one of the heavy hitting tier one contractors. You will similar experience in commercial management in civil construction preferably mining infrastructure, large main roads, water infrastructure or similar fields.
