A community-focused disability services provider is seeking Male & Female Support Workers in Gosford to join a team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. In this role, you will assist participants with daily living activities, promote social participation, and provide emotional support. A genuine interest in helping people with disabilities and relevant certifications is preferred. Experience with NDIS is advantageous. Flexible working hours are required, including weekends.
