As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. Your insights will shape the future of luxury experiences.
What you will be doing
* Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile.
* Visit luxury stores or evaluate online experiences – engaging with sales associates or from the comfort of your home.
* Observe carefully – visit boutiques, assess ambience, experience automotive showrooms, purchase online, evaluate after‐sales services, and overall customer experience.
* Provide honest feedback using our platform and complete questionnaires.
What you can expect
* Flexibility – each visit takes about 20 minutes, letting you complete multiple assignments.

Requirements
* Must be 25 years of age or older.
* Good understanding of the automobile industry.
* Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
* Enjoy interacting with people.
* Have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of shopping experiences.
* Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
* Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and to promptly complete online surveys.
