You know how to drive programme, manage subcontractors, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality—every single day.
Qualified in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Skilled in project sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and live site operations
Confident in navigating contract terms, safety legislation, and compliance protocols
Able to lead with clarity, mentor junior staff, and resolve issues in real-time
Proficient in site and project management tools such as Hammertech, Aconex, and MS Project
Highly organised, decisive, and calm under pressure
What You'll Do
As Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale construction projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safe and coordinated execution of all works
Lead site-based delivery in line with programme, budget, and contract obligations
Monitor progress, mitigate delivery risks, and address delays or sequencing issues
Enforce HSEQ standards on site and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones
Maintain accurate site records, delivery logs, RFIs, and version-controlled documentation
Evaluate subcontractor performance, manage claims and variations, and support contract administration
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Represent DCOH professionally in all dealings with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders
