About the role
As a result of significant business growth, the position is primarily responsible for service delivery and Client management of our guarding business in North and Central North Queensland.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our regional Queensland customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Overall management of service delivery to our Regional Queensland Guarding sector Clients. This will include regular regional travel within Queensland.
* Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing Clients and assisting with identifying new Client leads.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders.
* Drive cost efficiencies within the Client profile.
* Construction and preparation of monthly and quarterly Clientele reporting
Skills & experience
* Prior security industry experience and working knowledge of guarding regulations and standards
* Exposure/understanding in rostering - desirable
* Extensive experience in leadership and team management
* Business development experience - desirable
* Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards/Agreements
* Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions, including financial acumen.
* Certificate II or higher in Security operations (Desirable)
* Current QLD Security Licence (Desirable)
* Current Drivers Licence
