A Human Resources Manager is required to develop and implement HR strategies and policies tailored to the organization's needs. The successful candidate will provide advisory services to service managers on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The role is based in Perth with some travel expected to other locations within Australia.
