Senior Technology Leadership Role
The Position
* We are seeking an experienced technology leader to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives for our clients across financial services.
* This senior client-facing consulting role requires strong delivery leadership, solution fluency, and consulting professionalism across a dynamic portfolio of engagements.
This is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale technology programs across our diverse client base.
Positioned at the nexus of delivery leadership, technical execution, and client value realization, the successful candidate will drive high-impact outcomes across cloud modernization, enterprise platforms, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client-Centric Delivery Leadership: Own the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects across client portfolios.
* Multi-Engagement & Agile Delivery: Run concurrent projects across multiple client sites, scaling delivery teams up/down based on scope and velocity.
* Strategic Stakeholder & Account Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, Heads of Technology, and Business Sponsors.
* Technical Delivery Assurance: Ensure technical soundness and delivery integrity across application, data, infrastructure, and integration layers.
* Commercial & Contractual Accountability: Own delivery financials - time, scope, budget and margin adherence across fixed price, T&M, and hybrid models.
Requirements:
* 8-12 years in technical delivery and/or consulting roles, including at least 3 years in a client-facing delivery leadership role.
* Proven experience across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft), and/or legacy-modernisation programs.
