This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across our luxury short-stay portfolio.
You'll work across two premium brands:
Margaret River Properties – driving new short-stay property acquisitions.
While this is a remote position based in Perth, you'll travel to the Margaret River region 1–2 times per month for site visits, onboarding support, and local relationship-building.
If you have experience in short-stay accommodation, real estate, hospitality, or executive-level guest services—this is your chance to work autonomously in a dynamic, growing business.
What you'll do:Prospect new short-stay property owners and corporate group leads.Conduct appraisals and present tailored offers.Build referral networks with real estate agents and event planners.Convert leads into long-term client relationships.Guest Experience (2 days/week)Direct and support our virtual guest services team (VAs).Ensure listing quality, guest reviews, and communications are on-brand.Recommend upsell experiences and maintain service standards.Monitor feedback to enhance the guest journey across all properties.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:
