As our National Account Executive (known internally as Senior Associate, Sales Account Management) you’ll be working with an experienced and supportive sales team, managing sales and customer administration for some of the biggest names in grocery - Woolworths, Coles, Metcash, Aldi, Costco - and gain hands-on learning with eComm platforms like Amazon, WW and Coles B&C;.

This development position is an ideal launch pad into FMCG for a recent business graduate or someone that’s had some sales support, field sales or customer support experience.

About the Role:

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities;

- Audit customer eComm platforms to ensure integrity of SCJ images, copy and promotions
- Liaise with Customer Marketing and National Account Managers to update any copy or image modifications to be loaded into customer portals/sites
- Load promotional claims
- Vendor and current line creation in SAP
- New account creation
- Ensure integrity of customer data
- Support NAMs with customer communication eg, price increase notification letters
- Support Metcash field sales team
- Attend and assist with preparation for industry events and conferences

- Opportunity to approach, establish and manage your own account under the supportive tutorage of our National Account Manager for Independent Grocery & Accelerator Channels

What You’ll Bring:

- Preferably 2 years’ experience in a VRP, customer management, category/activation, sales support or field role - ideally within FMCG industry
- Degree qualified in business/finance or related field experience
- A genuine desire to develop and a commitment to continuous learning
- Positive and energetic attitude
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and show initiative
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills

Candidates must be based in Sydney and be able to work from our Lane Cove office at least three days per week
