About The Role
You will be joining the highly regarded Adelaide Mechanical team, with the role predominantly focused on the delivery of multiple sectors including Data Centers, Commercial Office, Hotel & Residential, Retail and Laboratory projects. As part of a skilled, technical team you can expect to be exposed to various projects, from smaller investigations to large-scale refurbishment projects. About You
* Over 7 years of professional building services engineering experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle. This includes initial feasibilities, concept design, detailed design, construction, and project handover.
* Strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS, and controls, especially in high‐rise commercial office systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including written reports.
* A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‐solving skills.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
* Experience with other disciplines (electrical, fire, hydraulics) is a plus.
