Now, we're looking for dynamic and driven sales professionals to join us at our Geelong store, opening in August 2025 About You: As a Casual Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets. You're: Sales-hungry in every sense, with a proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets. Equipped with a retail background and a high-energy, results-driven approach. Exceptional in interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences. At your best when working in a collaborative and high-performing environment. Quick to master new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools. Familiar with 12v systems (highly regarded but not essential). Committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture. The Role As a Casual Sales Representative at our new Geelong store, you'll be part of an energetic and passionate team. Your Mission: Collaborate with your team to crush daily and weekly targets while implementing winning strategies. Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to close sales and ensure satisfaction. Ensure the store looks flawless, reflecting the high standards of our brand. Foster a vibrant, supportive, and positive work culture where everyone is motivated to succeed.
