Responsibilities
* Collation of monthly financial data for General Distributor entities and input into the financial reporting system for both actual results and forecasts.
* Assist in development of monthly forecasts and annual budget in consultation with the local Management team.
* Creation and review of business cases for new and existing products for the National Sales Company and General Distributors.
* Manage pricing and incentive calculations, internal and external queries and ensure consistency with dealer communications
* Set up and maintain pricing, incentives, accruals and marketing cost structure in SAP
* Complete monthly/quarterly account reconciliations for marketing and incentives provisions
* Understand the key drivers of the business and provide commentary and analysis of the deviations to expectation and prior year.
* Analysing business drivers and trends to identify new opportunities for managing costs and developing more effective and efficient planning and reporting processes.
* Liaise with local, APAC & international contacts to provide financial/commercial support.
* Working closely with the Accounting department to ensure month end financials are accurate and completed by the 3rd working day.
* Support Marketing department and wider business in developing and analysing marketing forecasts and actual spend
* Control incentive and marketing accruals and work with the wider business to ensure we are adequately providing for commitments.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree level in Accounting, Finance or business – required
Minimum Experience
* 2 years or more within a similar role

This is a fixed term contract for 11 months and based in Port Melbourne.
