What’s The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Boilermaker / Body and Coach Builder to join our team based at our Coffs Harbour Workshop.
This hands on role will provide you the opportunity to work on a variety of different duties in Heavy Vehicle Body Building and Repairs. Working within our Trailer Repairs Division, this position is ideal for someone with fabrication experience, a strong work ethic, and a team-focused attitude, with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Completing various repairs and refurbishments to trailer bodies, including but not limited to new floors, doors, delaminations, repairs to door corners, walls inside and out.
- Cut, bend, mould and shape metals to repair or fabricate parts.
- Fits and assembles metal components by welding, riveting, bolting, and soldering.
- MIG Welding and Fabrication of trailers.
- Basic servicing and other duties as required.
What You’ll Bring:
- Vehicle body building / panel beating, fabricating and/or welding certificates / trade qualification.
- Understanding and ability to interpret shop drawings.
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
- Proficiency in welding (MIG), cutting and fabrication.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
