The role utilises a trauma-informed framework to support consumers in meeting their individual needs. You will provide individualised support and facilitate psychosocial and other services.You will work collaboratively with consumers to support their independence, autonomy, and capacity in areas such as employment, education, relationships, financial literacy, and physical health.
