We need you to provide gardening, cleaning & maintenance services. The core capability requirements for this role are:
Undertake basic administrative duties and support to assist the Facilities team.
Assist Facilities team with the planning and monitoring of repairs and maintenance to buildings, grounds, equipment and resources.
Carry out minor repairs, maintenance and cleaning to facilities, grounds, equipment, machinery and vehicles.
Clean outdoor furniture, position recycling bins for collection and general removal of rubbish items around the grounds.
Undertake mowing, edging, trimming plants and trees and hedging to a high standard of presentation. Laundering of bed linen may also be required.
