Associate Key Account Manager – Provider Sales

Wholesale / B4B Sales | Career Pathway Role

About The Role

As an Associate Key Account Manager, you'll support the execution of account plans and growth strategies across a portfolio of small to mid‐tier provider accounts. You'll work closely with the Key Account Management and broader Provider Sales teams to deliver excellent service, drive product adoption and support commercial outcomes.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast‐paced environment and developing their commercial skills within a structured healthcare setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Account Support & Execution

* Execute account plans and growth initiatives for assigned accounts
* Manage a portfolio of small to mid‐tier customers remotely
* Ensure timely follow‐up on customer requests and enquiries

Customer Engagement

* Conduct proactive outbound calls to support product uptake and retention
* Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities aligned to customer needs
* Maintain regular, value‐adding engagement with customers

Customer Service Excellence

* Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries
* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
* Deliver a consistently high‐quality customer experience

Data & Systems

* Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
* Track account performance, activities and opportunities
* Support reporting and administrative requirements

Collaboration

* Work cross‐functionally across sales, operations and internal teams
* Support pricing, operational execution and team initiatives
* Contribute to team targets and overall Provider Sales performance

About You

You're organised, proactive and customer‐focused, with an interest in building a career in B2B sales or account management. You'll bring:

* Experience in customer service, inside sales or account support
* Confidence communicating via phone and email
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A collaborative, positive and team‐oriented approach
* Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn and grow

You'll be comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment and motivated by developing your skills with the goal of progressing into a Key Account Manager role.

Experience

* Experience in customer service, inside sales or account support
* Experience using CRM systems

Preferred (desirable but not essential)

* Exposure to B2B/B4B environments
* Experience in healthcare or medical devices
* Sleep health knowledge
