Store Manager needed for Iconic Australian brand
**Your new company**
Manage one of Australia's largest retail chain stores in Western Sydney that specialises in the sale of a wide range of beverages. The company has a strong reputation and has become a trusted and respected name within households with hundreds of stores Australia wide.
**Your new role**
- Lead team of 30- 50 by example following the brands values and ways of working
- Develop business plans for the continued growth and development of your store to achieve your store goals
- You will role model, create excitement around and develop your team to deliver the ultimate customer experience through positive interactions, events, launches and activities
- Develop talent pipelines and future leaders by providing regular feedback to your team, creating meaningful development plans and ensuring in-store succession plans
- Lead and motivate your team by implementing robust people practices such as: recruiting, onboarding, training and coaching team members, managing the performance of direct reports and managing employee relations issues
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated strong management experience within the retail or hospitality industry
- Excellent communicator with expectational people management skills and a vibrant personality
- Experience managing large teams of 20 or more
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and innovative mindset
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
