As our name highlights, we value D ignity, E mpowerment and C hoice for people living with disability.What you will do;This is a Senior Client and Property Manager role, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-tier tenancy and property management services in the specialist disability housing sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services are responsive, compliant, and exceed both tenant and property owner expectations. This portfolio based role involves overseeing all aspects of tenancy management, from initial placements working with our Home Solutions Advisors through to day to day property management.You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants and stakeholders while managing property inspections, marketing, lease administration, maintenance, financial administration and more!Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to End Property Management - Handle all aspects of tenancy management, ensuring smooth operations for both tenants and property owners.Relationship Management - Build and maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants and stakeholdersLease and Tenancy Administration - Ensure all leases and Agreements are compliant and administered effectively.Financial Oversight - Manage rents, payments, arrears and financial reporting with accuracy and consistency.Property Maintenance - Ensure all maintenance requests are managed and completed within set time frames.Compliance and Reporting - Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations and standards.You will be successful in this role if you have;Proven ability to manage a residential portfolio - Ideally you will have experience in tenancy management for specialist disability housing. However, if you are a Senior Tenancy (portfolio all rounder) Manager with drive to learn and an interest in specialist disability housing we welcome you to apply!Strong financial administration skills - including rent collection, invoicing and arrears managementProactive organisational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks, stay ahead of deadlines and ensure everything is running smoothy.Tech savvy ability - comfortable using property management software as well as microsoft and excelCompliant and detail orientated focus - you have an eye for detail and find it satisfying ensuing all documents and records are accurate and compliant with industry standards.Excellent interpersonal skills - the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholdersCollaborative approach - a team player who supports othersStrong problem solving abilities - a focus on service delivery and customer satisfactionReliable and accountable personal standards - you deliver on your commitmentsKnowledge of NDIS advantageous, not essentialTravelTravel will be required to homes across Victoria.
