Apprentice Lead Educator Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Apprentice Lead Educator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying for a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
As an Apprentice Lead Educator, you will be responsible for guiding children's early learning and development, working collaboratively with experienced mentors to achieve long-lasting, high-quality outcomes. You will also contribute to creating a nurturing environment that supports the growth and well-being of children, their families, and the community.
About the Role
* This is a fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years.
* You will work 40 hours per week with one monthly RDO (Rest and Recreation Day).
Key Responsibilities
1. Gaining practical experience as a Lead Educator while studying for a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
2. Contributing to the creation of a nurturing environment that supports the growth and well-being of children, their families, and the community.
3. Working collaboratively with experienced mentors to achieve long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children.
