Administrative coordinator - sales and inventory management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Officer including Sales and Stock Control.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Process stock ordering and receiving
* Handle incoming calls and direct them to relevant staff members
* Reconcile bank accounts, mail, bank, and file documents
* Control stock levels
* Provide excellent customer service and sales support to the sales team

As an Administration Officer including Sales and Stock Control, you will have a solid foundation in administration and computerized accounting software experience. A certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent is highly regarded. You should be able to work unsupervised and be intuitive with what needs to be done.


Requirements:

* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Current QLD driver's license
* Strong work ethic and friendly respectful manner
