The role:
We are looking for a Larder Chef to assist in leading our kitchen. The successful applicants will be responsible for daily kitchen operations and collaborating with our kitchen team, as well as communicating and working alongside our executive Chef.

Your roster would be across shifts ranging from 9:00am-10:00pm, 7 days a week.
Successful candidates must have:
Australian working rights
Experience in the industry
Good time management and organisation skills
Good knife skills and can work autonomously
An understanding and experience in larder
Responsibilities include: Managing stock levels and waste management
Managing and working as a team in the line during busy service periods
Communicating with the executive chef and the team
Collaborating with our team to plan specials and new menu items
