Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk and administrative tasks at our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all incoming telephone calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner.

* Answer and direct telephone calls, ensure all callers receive a friendly and efficient service.
* Manage lost property function by maintaining a register of lost items and distributing them accordingly.
* Register and distribute all incoming mail on a daily basis.
* Perform banking procedures including EFTPOS reconciliation.
* Enter data accurately and maintain the school pass database.


About You

* Have the right to work in Australia.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and phone manner.
* Display ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
