About the roles:
The roles are in the Bowen Basin, Queensland, 2 hours’ drive from Mackay. Rosters are equal time 7on 7 off working a shorter shift on your last day. Accommodation and meals are supplied at mine site camp, bus to and from camp and bus to and from site to Mackay airport. You’ll be working in either development or outbye roles.
Subcontracting options are available and encouraged to join us.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Substantial experience working in an underground mining environment
- Strong operational skills and the ability to safely operate a range of mining equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in mining operations would be highly regarded
- Underground Standard 11 certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Relevant Trade Qualifications for trade positions
