Candidate must have baseline to apply. The Department is seeking to engage a Support Desk Resource to support the Records Integrity Program and Management Team with the rollout of the Records Workspace System and other project tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the Australian Federal Government (or equivalent experience) and demonstrated experience undertaking a range of Support Desk tasks.
The successful candidate will be required to log and troubleshoot various requests from internal users in relation to the EDRMS and be required to provide professional advice on system knowledge, policy and legislation.
Responsibilities
* Log and troubleshoot requests from internal users related to the EDRMS.
* Provide professional advice on system knowledge, policy and legislation.
* Support the rollout of the Records Workspace System and other project tasks as required.
Required Skills / Qualifications
* Experience in the use of an EDRMS or an enterprise content management system.
* Proficient user of Windows based computer systems.
* Fast and accurate data entry skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.
* Commitment to the role, modelling our values of respect, integrity, trust, teamwork and optimism.
* Previous experience in the Australian Federal Government (or equivalent).
